Not all Garden Rooms are alike – what sets Galway Garden Rooms apart from our competitors:
Superior Insulation
Thermal bridging can be responsible for 30% of heat loss from a home. This occurs when the insulated stud walls are in direct contact with the inside and outside of the wall. In such cases the insulation in broken and this results in the internal heat traveling out on cold days, resulting in unwanted heat loss.
The product that Galway Garden Rooms offer is far superior to other products. Our rooms are full wrapped in high-density external insulation which is unbroken and therefore has no thermal bridging. Our Garden Rooms are encased in a continuous wrap of insulation on walls, floors and ceilings.

How does External Insulation Work?
External insulation involves fixing high-density specialized external insulation materials to the outer surface of the wall. The insulation is then covered with a special render to provide weather resistance. A steel or fibre-glass mesh is embedded in this render to provide strength and impact resistance. The is then covered with a plaster pre-coloured to your choice e.g. to match with your home.
