Boarded & Plastered

Our rooms are encased in 100mm insulation. They are then boarded, plastered and rendered to blend in with your Garden Room or a colour of your choice.

Electrical & Lighting

As every garden room is custom built to suit your individual need, we will equip your room with electrical sockets and lighting switches to optimize the comfort and use of your Garden Room. You can also illuminate your garden room with outside lighting under the soffit or down lighters on the wall.

Red Cedar Wood or Treated Red Deal Finish

In conjunction with our architect, we design your garden room using red cedar wood or treated red deal. This timber is beautiful and durable. We use the cedar on the front elevation if desired.

Timber Floors

All our garden rooms are completed with timber flooring throughout. This gives a natural finish to the room.

Composite Decking

We use composite decking or steps to extend your room further into your garden. Composite decking has zero maintenance as there is no need to treat, paint or seal the decking.This strong, durable alternative offers all the aesthetic benefits of timber with none of the many disadvantages in terms of maintenance and longevity.

Superior Insulation

The product that Galway Garden Rooms offer is far superior to other products. Our rooms are fully wrapped in unbroken high-density external insulation and therefore has no thermal bridging. Our Garden Rooms are encased in a 100m continuous wrap of insulation on walls, floors and ceilings.

Thermal bridging can be responsible for 30% of heat loss from a home. This occurs when the insulated stud walls are in direct contact with the inside and outside of the wall. In such cases the insulation in broken. This results in the internal heat travelling out on cold days, resulting in unwanted heat loss.

A Rated Windows & Doors

Our windows and doors are UPVC A Rated. They are available in 5 colour options ( anthracite grey, cement grey, black, white, green). We offer many door options. You can choose french doors, single doors with a side light or sliding doors. Similarly our windows come in a wide range of openings. You can choose tilt and turn, up and down closing or sasSh windows. Our fascia and soffit also come in a choice of black, grey and white to complement your windows and doors.
